Description

You manage a 24-room, 4-star chalet-hotel with its restaurant, Le Rosebud, and its espaThis wellness center — swimming pool, sauna, hammam, massages — is located in Lavancher. It's an independent, Green Key certified establishment where management is a hands-on role: you're in contact with the teams and clients as much as with the figures.

Responsibilities
  • Operations management: accommodation, restaurant, spa.
  • Team management, recruitment and scheduling.
  • Sales monitoring: pricing, distribution, occupancy rate, revenue.
  • Budget management, purchasing and cost control.
  • Quality of service, online reputation, relationships with partners in the valley.
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety obligations, and with the ecological commitments of the house.
Qualifications

Executive — management or assistant management experience required.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management, assistant management or operations management, ideally in an independent establishment.
