- Firm confirmation: Your reservation does not become firm and final only after a call to our receptionThis exchange allows us to confirm the availability of our practitioner and to refine your personalized needs.

2. Punctuality – Wellness Center
- To fully enjoy your treatment, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment.
- In case of delay, the duration of the treatment may be shortened out of respect for the following clients, the total amount of the service remaining due.
3. Modification and Cancellation – Wellness Center
- Our practitioner's schedule is carefully organized. Any changes or cancellations must be reported at least [timeframe in advance]. 24 hours in advance.
