Description

At Rosebud, the hotel's restaurant, you'll be treated like royalty: a warm welcome, expert advice on the menu, attentive service, and meticulous attention to your table from lunchtime to evening. Enjoy seasonal cuisine, a wood-paneled dining room with views of the Mont Blanc massif, and a small, dedicated team where everyone knows their role and that of their colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up and preparing the room and terrace.
  • Welcoming, seating and following up with customers in your row.
  • Taking orders, providing advice on the menu and food and wine pairings.
  • Service, clearing, invoicing and payment collection.
  • Coordination with the kitchen and bar.
  • Compliance with hygiene standards and household sorting rules.
Qualifications

Skilled employee — service experience required.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in the dining room, including experience as a head waiter.
