A mountain buffet — conceived at dawn
It all starts with the bakery . Crispy pastries, artisanal breads handcrafted by our pastry chef every morning, and homemade jams made with Savoy raspberries, alpine blueberries, and mountain honey. The savory selection celebrates the Alpine terroir: mature cheeses from neighboring dairies, fine charcuterie, and scrambled eggs. For those who crave something refreshing, there are fresh seasonal fruits , homemade smoothies, organic dairy products, and crunchy muesli. All accompanied by freshly ground coffees, carefully selected teas, and infusions of alpine plants picked from our herb garden.
Indoors or on the terrace — depending on the season
In winter, breakfast is enjoyed in the chalet's light-filled dining room by the fireplace. In summer, it's served on the terrace facing the Aiguilles du Mont Blanc —one of the most beautiful breakfast views in the valley. It's one of those moments when you can truly savor the moment: no pressure to serve, no time limit, just the light gliding across the peaks and the coffee being re-steeped.
Breakfast alone or as part of a package — all options
Breakfast is available to outside guests by reservation . Three options are available to extend the experience:
- Breakfast alone — €28 per person
- Breakfast & Spa — €38 (access to the heated indoor pool, hammam, sauna and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis facing the Aiguilles)
- Breakfast, Spa & 30 min massage — €85 (signature massage of your choice: back, legs, scalp)

Included in most hotel rates for guests . Open to outside guests by reservation —those who want to start a day of skiing with a proper breakfast, those hiking from Lavancher, or those simply looking to enjoy a relaxing morning.
