Golden pastries, fresh fruit, aged cheeses, fine charcuterie, elaborate hot dishes, and homemade desserts: a generous, colorful, and refined spread—designed as a journey between morning and noon. A barbecue grill is included. in the recipe, prepared by the chef facing the Mont Blanc massif.

At midday, La Table du Lavancher becomes a sunny bistro. The dish of the day is a barbecue grill — Cuts of matured meat prepared by the chef over embers, accompanied by daily side dishes and à la carte desserts. The pure mountain air, the crackling of the embers, the panoramic view of the Mont Blanc massif: lunch is enjoyed indoors or on the terrace depending on the season, accompanied by a selection of mountain wines and house cocktails.
