House cocktails are served at the bar—made with macerated alpine plants and high-altitude spirits—and sharing platters are offered, followed by a game of pétanque that ends in fits of laughter. Dinner continues at Le Rosebud restaurant —a bistronomic establishment created by chef Mathilde Walisko, awarded an Écotable star since February 2026. For groups, the restaurant can be reserved for private events, and a customized menu is available.
